I have a problem that processes-exec processes are not working and system gives "No gateway is active" error. How can I solve this problem.

have you run APPIAN/server/_scripts/diagnostics/check-engine.bat (sh) ?
are all your engines runninng Ok?

other engines are ok but Process-exec00, 01 and 02 are not working

You need to check your engine logs (under logs) and get the engines working...

Now our services are working but system gives this error "The activity class com.appiancorp.psshared.puppeteer.TaskPuppeteerActivity ".

Hi Mahir, can you please add more information on this error? I assume you are getting this error in the application server -- correct? The final "caused by" java exception in the stack trace will help us give your further directions. Thanks!

You will get an error regarding the TaskPuppeteerActivity during JBoss startup if you are running Appian 6.7 and above but using the old version of the "Task Puppeteer" plug-in version not compatible with Appian 6.7 and newer. You can download the latest version of this plug-in from Appian Forum under the "Shared Components" section (
forum.appian.com/.../components)-
