Hi All,
I have two user groups one (say A) having 15 users and other (say B) having 200+ users and all users of A are part of B, when i tried to trigger an System Alert to users of group A,it is working fine. But when i trigger a System alert to group B i am not receiving any alerts.Both the groups are public,closed and privacy policy is low.
Could any one please let me know the possible reason for this behavior. Thanks in advance.
