Hello, We have a requirement in which we need to have multiple email ids configured for a single account. Would like to know if this is possible. Thanks.

No, it's not possible. There's a 1 to 1 relationship.

You can create a group email address and configure it for the user account.

If you're integrating using LDAP, you could also see if you could make use of the custom attributes for a user (customField1, customField2 etc)
