I am making task name by expression rule. In first iteration task name is coming

I am making task name by expression rule. In first iteration task name is coming correct.But when flow comes to same node second time task name is coming blank.
values which we are passing to the expression are same in both iteration and also task name is not getting overwritten anywhere in between.
and it works fine on other environment.
is any environment related setting needs to be changed ?
Any pointer will be helpful .
