Is it possible to import or export processes from another format?
For example
1. BPMN
2. XPDL
3. Aris
4. Visio
Basically this would be very useful for an analyst or for migrating from/to other systems.

If process conversion from different system to Appian is possible then what about smart services and Appian specific options and What will be the scope without Appian API? Could you please clarify? Thank you.

Hi
Amit Mishra
as per the BPMN standard, we can import the process models from other systems such as Vision, Aris etc.. into Appian.
In order to do so, the process model should not have any tool specific components used within it, for example smart Services.
Process model should have only core components defined in BPMN standard, such as gateways.
If your process model is meeting these standards, then yes you can export or import process model to or from Appian.
Hope this will help.
