Portal report is saved with multiple version. when I want to see the previous version column expression code, I am able to see the latest version expression logic condition? is portal report not work other appian components such as rules, constants?

To my best knowledge, you can't view previous version of expression in portal report.

It seems you are trying to access the report from the 'Reports' tab. Try accessing the report from the Documents Tab. All the reports are saved into a folder in the format of .arf. You can try there to see the last code.
