"Parse Excel Spreadsheet to CDT" smart service is behaving differently

"Parse Excel Spreadsheet to CDT" smart service is behaving differently for Excels-:

Steps to create
1-> I have one attached Excel which I send to SFTP drive via Send File Over SFTP smart service
2-> Then Used receive same Excel from SFTP via Receive File Over SFTP and
3-> Try to parse the data by using Parse Excel Spreadsheet to CDT smart service.

It is not parsing the Data.

Now I used different approach-
1-> At the step 2 of above process I saved the excel in Appian folder.
2-> Download this excel into desktop and uploaded into different folder
3-> Now used same excel in parsing process.
4-> It has parsed the data.

Can any one suggest.
