Is there a way to iterate through a CDT of unknown length and with unknown column names and return the indexes and names columns where data is contained?

The short answer is yes. I think the attached should give you a starting point; paste it into the interface designer and add an "any" type input named "cdt", then test the interface with a type constructor…

Pass your CDT to the sub process by using tp!instanceindex to check each row in your CDT

You can use apply function to iterate on CDT of unknown length and get desired index dynamically..

You can use apply function to iterate over your CDT and you can check the length of your CDT at runtime also by using length function.
