I have a CDT which has Amount as a field. I need to sort the CDT based on Amount field while working on the CDT in process flow. What could be the best way of achieving this?

You can create a new datasubset, paginginfo and sortinfo.

Should look something like this:
todatasubset(
pv!cdt,
a!pagingInfo(
startIndex: 1,
batchSize: -1,
sort: a!sortInfo(
field: "yourfield",
ascending: true
)
)
).data
