In case you missed the Tips & Tricks Webinar: The Center of Excellence Treasure Trove, by Sylvain Furt and Zach Messler, the recording and presentation slides are both now available on Forum. You can download these and other Tips & Tricks webinars under: Actions > View On-Demand Webinars.

@sikhivahans, URLs can be shortened by using a URL shortener. Many websites provide this facility. Google also provides it. Go to this https://goo.gl/ . There add a very long URL and shorten it by clicking on 'Shorten URL' button. It will give you a shortened URL, which redirects to the actual URL. It seems Appian also uses this technique internally, but I am not sure how exactly.

@chetany Thanks but what I meant to ask here is, does Appian uses any specific mechanism for constructing these as they are able to directly take us into start form of a process. Wonder if this is also built environment independent by the mechanism that constructs url.

To me it looks as if they've just used (shortened) a permalink to the "On-Demand Webinars" action.

@Venkat Thanks for sharing that. My prime intention here is know if Appian uses any other method so that the link becomes shortened along with being environment independent.

Hi Sikhi, Mike is correct, I just took the URL for the "On-Demant Webinar" page and shortened it.
