@nileshkumarg That's correct, as per my knowledge the approach specified by other practitioner holds good just for display purpose. A viable alternative, and if you haven't gone through it already, could be 'User Start Pages', which has been elaborated at https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/7.10/Appian_Administration_Console.html#User_Start_Pages. But still as per my knowledge, 'User Start Pages' is not a complete and flexible solution to your problem statement. Finally it seems to me that 'Educate User' is the best possible solution.
