I am initiating the email triggered process model. This process has an attached email which is of type Email Outlook(Email as Attachment), but this attachment is not reaching the process model. Whereas if I attach any other files I am able to get those files in the process model.
I am not able to figure out what can be the issue

Have you checked your attachments folder ("Temporary Documents") to see if the .msg file is uploaded?

Outlook is known to flatten attachments of type .msg so if they are not available as separate files, you should be able to see (and extract) the data in the attachment embedded into msg!properties.bodies

NO there are no error in the Application server logs

Even i checked the Temporary Documents Folder there is no file with the name .msg
. I feel since .msg is the key word in Appian it might create the problem while extracting the files

Have you tested the other suggestion, of being able to use msg!properties.bodies ?
