Hi

The Appian Process calendar defaults the business hours as 9-5. But for my project I need to configure business hours as 8-5. When I checked in System tab->Process Calendar-> Set Working Time, I am getting option for changing the work hours for each day manually. Is there a way to change the work hours globally to 8-5 in a single shot rather than manually one by one.

Hi Saicharan, 
 If we select the days(M, T, W etc) and set the working hours, the setting will be applied for all the selected days(Mondays, Tuesdays, etc) of every year for a given process calendar. But this setting will not affect/applied to other process calendars in the Appian. 
 For Example, if the working hours duration is set to 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM by selecting the day M, the same working hour duration setting will be applied for every Monday of every year. 
 The year 2019 September 
 
 The year 2022 January
