Is there a way to find out the contents of a folder in the rules designer?
For example would I be able to tell the number of objects rules, constants, or interfaces, can I get the names of all the constants.

You can navigate through Rules and Constants from the Expression editor. In order to list out how many Appian objects have been created / stored in a folder, you can create a test application using Appian designer and add that folder to your application and do precedents check that will return all objects in the folder. You can filter on various objects inside Appian designer and get the count of individual object.
