The system is detecting there's no start form in that model in the current language for that user.

Thanks Eduardo.
My process model requires a few script tasks to run before the initial form commences, i.e. I don't use a start form.
Is there a way to make the first form pop out after the user clicks the process launcher button/link even though I do not have a start form?

If your first user input task in the process model is activity chained from the start event, you will receive the task form immediately after clicking the process model launcher link / button. You can still continue the configuration without the start form and get the user input task directly and chained.

Not a pop-up if there's no start form. You could show like a "welcome" page and then have the users click Submit to run the rest of the script tasks.
