My team is debating whether to upgrade to 7.11 via Appians cloud service. Ours is a conservative company and not keen to adopt bleeding edge upgrades, but since we're not in production yet, we're considering the benefits of going straight into the most recent version.

Is there a way for me to see how previous cloud upgrades have been? Has anyone had experience with 7.11's SAML implementation?

Every Appian version goes through very strict QA procedures you can be confident on the fact that they are stable releases and that upgrades are smooth.

I'd suggest you start with one environment first, perform testing and then coordinate with the Cloud Team the rest of the upgrades.
