In a task after filling the form i will submit the task. How can I know how much time it is taking after clicking submit button to finish the Task ?. Thanks

Then the time it takes to submit is not relevant, once the user clicks "Submit" it's all back-end and I don't think there's more granularity to measure that back-end time, maybe you're interested in the performance of the task UI itself, for that you can use forum.appian.com/.../Performance_View.html
