Do you know where I can see the maximum execution time for a SCRIPT TASK?

Yes, you can see that detail on the Process Instance Dashboard. Under the process tab - wherein Appian shows all the process instances, upon clicking on your instance for which you need to monitor the script task, then click on Process Nodes details icon, and it will list down the execution time taken for all activity nodes that been executed for that instance.
