When generating an MS Word document using the smart service, is there a way to insert a table into the document? That is, is it possible to construct a text string that can be assigned to a ###parameter### value in an MS Word template that will display as a table in the generated MS Word document?

Tables can be inserted into a Word document but not exactly in the manner you describe. Check out the Advanced Document Templating plugin for more details: forum.appian.com/.../summary
