Disable/hide Submit button in Tempo/Portal forms

Hi, Can we disable / hide submit button in tempo or portal forms. As we have functionality where we just have to show a confirmation screen to the user. Any help will be appreciated.

Actually this requirement is as per client. but we found that solution, we have inserted a javascript code to hide the button. Thanks for the help
