In the documentation page on custom mobile applications

In the page forum.appian.com/.../Custom_Mobile_Applications.html it says that "Appian makes it possible for you to work with our Appian Technical Support Team to customize Appian for Mobile Device applications".

How is this process started? If I already have the application fully developed, how long does it take for this customization process to happen?

    This customization refers to how to deliver branded versions of the Appian application for mobile devices, as well as setup for MDM.

    Assuming there are no wireless network security factors to consider with your installation, your fully developed application (built using SAIL interfaces), should already work in Appian for mobile devices.

    If necessary, you can engage with Appian Technical Support using the action labeled "Technical Support - Create a Case".
    If you do not have access to the action, you will need to work with your Appian relationship manager.
