We need to rename an user from Pippo001 to pippo001 using the rename user shared components, my question is what happen to all the task assigned before to Pippo001? They will be automatically reassigned to pippo001? and what about the process started by Pippo001 they will go in error?

According to the updated shared component this is no longer supported and you should contact Appian Support

You can create a new user called pippo001. Then you can use a portal report (in Designer) or create a process to reassign all tasks that are assigned to Pippo001 to pippo001.

If you create a process, you can use the Reassign Task smart service found in this plugin: forum.appian.com/.../summary
