Hello, I have published an application, downloaded the Appian Android

Hello,

I have published an application, downloaded the Appian Android app, and authenticated with my server.

Then, after inputing the user and password, I get: "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again."

This error happens only with Basic User accounts in Android - iOS works fine. With System Administrator permissions I am able to log in.

Any idea how can I troubleshoot this error?

    your Appian server is on LAN or available on internet.

    I'm facing an issue, kindly see if you can help me out.

    We have Appian server installed locally on Hyper VM. the site URL is accessible on the machines across the LAN. but whenever i am trying to access that URL on Appian Android Mobile App, it is showing me the error message "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again"

    kindly advise:
