hi all,
how to handle the error when trying to do the "impact analysis" of CDT?
it seems in Appian 7.9, we cannot manually change the CDT version where it is being used.
"Impact Analysis" doesn't work. form which is referring to the CDT always throws error.
Any inputs will be appreciated.

Where is it used? If another user has, for example, a process model open and locked, your user won't be able to update the type in that process model.

thank you very much, maybe that's root cause. coz i always open a model during the analysis. try to avoid the session timeout...

If it's locked by the user that's doing the analysis it should be fine, but any other user can prevent the model from being updated. The logs should have further details.

If a model can't be updated try opening it and seeing if it's locked by a different user if you then brak that lock you should be able to update it.

You can also try to export the process model and import it back. It would refer the latest cdt while importing.
