Are import logs saved in some specific Appian folder? looking to provide support

Are you talking about application import logs?

Yes, they are attached to the news feed but i'm not sure if or where they are stored so i could point someone to a full list of them

Import logs are stored in the knowledge center under "My Imports"

Always check the import log located in the My Import Logs folder within your Personal and Teams knowledge center when you import an application to make sure it imported correctly.

For Production imports we use a service account so only that service account would be able to see the logs using this method? I would think there would be some overall import log i could view as a system admin without being logged in as the user that did the import.

Joe you are correct that only that service account can see those import logs. Currently there is no view of those logs for the system admin.
