@riyazs To the best of my knowledge, it's not possible to control this behaviour until and unless Appian provides an option to do so.

It does not show when the total count is less than or equal to 5, but shows after that and is not configurable.

It's not possible to remove it on a!gridField but there is the option of using a!gridLayout instead, which doesn't have paging as far as I know.

True, pagination is absent, further we will also miss out of the box (we need to add the sorting functionality additionally if needed) sorting capabilities as well.

Sikhi's right - it's rather a lot of effort just to remove something that doesn't really inconvenience anyone!
