Hello, is there any easy way to pull the process data out of KDBs and load it into RDBMS ?
Currently the process data is written into KDBs (no Business DS integration). Wondering if there any way to load the process data into RDBMS without having to leverage write to DS option or process model changes ?

No you cannot do so. Which Appian version you are using?

i do not think you can achieve pulling data from KDB's.

The best way would be to build processes that run process reports and allow you to extract the data

There is a plugin available "Appian Process Data Extraction" which you can take a look at.
