@eaglez I would like to suggest you to refer documentation at https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/16.1/Deleting_a_Tempo_Feed_Entry.html which clearly describes the deletion topic and its consequences.
The only way I know is, once when you got a feed entry id with you, access the entry manually by constructing a URL (for instance, https://
/suite/tempo/news/entry/
). Once when you are able to access it, you should be able to delete it if you are a system administrator. (Reference: 'Note' under 'Add Entries' section at https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/16.1/News.html#Add_Entries).
If your question is re the deletion of a comment (though I don't think so), Appian till date spoke about deletion of entry, but not its associated comments.
