How do we enter HTML Tags in an email template?

<html><body><font size="3" color="red"><b>Test Template</b></font></body></html>

Does not seem to work?...

HTML tags in an email template are entered just like in any normal HTML file. I don't see any problem with the above sample. The data that needs to be mapped from the process has to be enlosed within ###. When you scan the template in the Send Email node, the fields marked within ### will appear for mapping. Can you elaborate more on what issue you are noticing?
