What are you trying to update and where is the update happening (data base or process instances?)

Hi Sathya, we are trying to update running process instances. We have updated a subprocess called by these instances, eg we have added an input (actually modified an input type, that s our mistake!) and we now want to pass the correct value to the subprocess. We can manually achieve that but we'd like to know if there is a way to perform a bulk update as the problem impacts 600+ running instances.

There is a component called IFM Manager under shared component. Take a look at this and it might help.
Also Appian 7.1 provides Bulk Update preview API. You may want to take a look at this as well.

But I'd try the IFM Manager plugin first.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I know IFM but I could not find the appropriate query as I need to update subprocess data input and not a pv. I may have missed it.
