How to Monitor Deployment or Object Changes

Is there an option to monitor deployment or object changes in Appian platform non intrusive manner and report to Administrator via mail or push notification.. similar to generating news feed when application or patch in deployed.

This might require platform IT auditing purpose and monitor deployements. Does anyone aware of the options?

Hi,
To clarify, are you wishing for a system administrator to receive notification whenever an Appian object is changed (such as any constants/process models/etc...)?

For auditing purposes, you could use the /designer interface to review versions of each process and constants and who made changes to them at what time. That wouldn't answer the notification/email part of your request though.
