Does anyone know how we can set participants on a newsfeed post systematically?

@chasityd Assuming that you would like to modify the participants of the news entry after its creation, I believe that taking a look at forum.appian.com/.../e-180160 will give you leads over the design issue.

Please elaborate "systematically" and provide some context.

You can specify list of viewers for that particular feed. The viewers don't have to subscribe to or following the user who posted the news.

Thanks all. I did read the posts previously. Unfortunately, just adding them as viewers does not notify them Also, there can be more than one person, so the "User" doesn't work either. I've opted to send a custom email after it's been posted with a link to the newfeed post in the email.
