We are on 7.11 cloud.

I noticed one thing, when I create a feed and publish it, all users are subscribed to it by default. Is there a way to modify this behavior? I mean, I want all users to have that feed unsubscribed by default, and later on, when needed, only then user subscribes the feed.
Moreover, if I can control who can subscribe to that feed will help too.

Any reference to the documentation would be helpful too.

Hi Akshar,
When a feed is published with an application, only users with at least Viewer rights to the application are able to subscribe to it .
