As part of capturing audit history for a process we record both the process id and the process instance id. Is there a way in the portal to search for a process by its id and or the instance id? If not in the portal is there a way to use these ids in the logs?

You can add pm!id or pp!id to the standard "All Processes" report in portal and then use the standard filter and search functionality.
