I am receiving values for me process in Email .When I send email values separate

I am receiving values for me process in Email .When I send email values separated by ":" I get blank email.
If I use any other delimiter I get values in process instance as parameter. Why blank values in Parameter when I use ":"
any pointers on this would be helpful.

Maybe this is just a display problem of your email client. Try to have a look at the raw email file. How do you generate the text in Appian?
