We are using "Internationalization for Forms and Dashboards" plugin. For Administrators the forms are loading in all the languages. For basic users, the form displays only Keys as values.
We suspect this is because basic users do not have access to resource bundles (translation .properties files) which are located under System Knowledge Center/translations.

Please, provide us a solution as we cannot provide basic users access to System Knowledge Center. Or is there a way to put resource bundles at a different location....

  • @raghu, what I was tryign to say was that, irrespective of where the data is, if you provide 'VIEWER' privilege to the KC & Folder for the corresponding user and group, then the process executing as 'them' should have accesss to the underlying file.
With regards to securing the document and its structure, if the KC is not exposed to the user in any way (that is, via a channel in the web page) then the user will have no means of viewing the data unless they are logged into the designer portal. If you are using Appian 6.7 or above, designer poral is only available for users those who are part of 'Process Designer' group.
