when i have added a new image @ /suite/portal/img/skins/default and try to access it from my plugin code , i was not able to access it , however , all the other existing images were accessible from my servlet page , we even restarted both app and engine .
Any idea if we need to do anything else to access the image file?

Probably because you placed the images in the APP_SERVER and /portal/img/skins/default is static content read from the web server.

How are you referencing within the plug-in when you include it in resources and what is the error/behavior?
