@mathieud Do you mean participants by the term 'Viewers'? If so, have you had a chance to look at similar posts present at /search?q=OriginalPostID-191406 or /search?q=OriginalPostID-180160 ? If they haven't answered your question, it might be worth providing some more information if possible.

We are using the "Post Event to Feed Smart Service" and the "Post Comment to Feed Entry Smart Service". The issue we are having is that we post a News item, we tag it to a record and we specify a group as a Viewer on the News item. If we ever want to remove the Group associated to the News item and add another one we cannot.
If we take Appian Forum's ticket system as an example. They published a News item and they tag it to the support ticket Record and the account Record. They also specify our account group in the Viewers for the News item. Let's say that a new Account is created and all the tickets need to be re associated to this new Account. We would lose all the News items that were associated to our records. They could not be re-mapped by editing the Record tag and Viewer groups.

If you create a new account, add that account to the group on the event. Then that account will see all of the events.

I'm a bit worried that if we start doing that, we run the risk of introducing circular references at some point.
The only fool proof way of addressing it is to create a group for the Support Ticket Record and add remove groups from that group but it seems like that solution will create a lot of pointless groups as we will need groups for each of the Accounts and each of the Tickets.
