Hi everyone,

I need to upgrade my Appian version 7.0 to version 7.7, and i've been follow the installation guide for this version. The "suite.ear" and "ss.ear" were well deployed. However, I couldn't deploy the "appian-ds.xml" file. It appears "appian-ds.xml.undeployed" in the deployments folder.

These are the configuration files used, as well as the server log file:

First, shut down JBoss completely.

If there is a ss.ear.failed in <APPIAN_HOME>/search-server, rename it to dodeploy. Do the same for suite.ear in <APPIAN_HOME>/ear.

If there is an appian-ds.xml.undeployed or appian-ds.xml.failed in <JBOSS_HOME>/standalone/deployments, delete it.

Delete or rename the current server.log to something else.

Finally, start up JBoss and provide that log.
