Hello,
I have a process created that is generating a word document that is having only strings.
Is there any way to save a image in a variable and then write the variable in the document?
I want to mention that the image should be different for every new instance of the process and it's not possible to add it directly to the document template.
Thank you!

As I understand from your post, you need an ability to populate dynamic images to a word document template. This can be simply done by using a smart service "Add Documents to Zip" that embeds images into a word document dynamically provided that you have document path of a placeholder image in the word template to be replaced by the image you need. Please take a look at smart service configuration details, you will have a better idea.

Basically I need to insert a image into a word document, but looking at this smart service I'm not sure how to do it. I installed the plugin but it's a little bit confusing.
Could you please tell me what for what are standing those node inputs?
Thank you!

If you extract the word document and unzip its content, you will find the path of embedded objects such as images, etc. In this case, let's say you have only one image embedded into the word document, then document path would be word/media/image1.png and for subsequent images, word/media/image2.png, word/media/image3.png.
Please try providing this path in document path field and Document to Add field captures the dynamic image that replaces embedded image in the word document template. Let me know, if you need any help further.
If you have 7-zip installed on machine, you can right click on word document, use 7-zip to open archive and see contents.
