I am not sure where I can report my issue. So I am writing here.

My issue was that the Appian Forum shut down while taking a test.

I have already sent Email to support@appian.com

However, I feel not enough, so I would like to make sure if the support team has working on my case or not.

Hopefully I get the response back from the support team soon.

Attachment is the screenshot of the Error.

Yes, it should be. Infact Appian should think on this enhancement. For your test - You can request Appian to assign you new task.
