Hello,
I'm trying to add a task that is saving a document from Appian documents to a disk location everything looks ok, but when the process is starting i receive the following error:
"The user ’You must be a system administrator in order to execute this node’ does not have sufficient privileges to perform the requested action. (APNX-1-4101-000)"
I want to mention that the process is created with the Administrator account, is saved an publish and started with the same account.
Is anyone having any idea?
Thank you!

Hi Mariusl, under the Assignment tab of that node have you selected - "Run as whoever designed this process model". If not, try selecting that and re run your process.

May the case that the user who created the process already left the organization and his account is de-activated. Also, there might be a case that other user already re-activated the account but hasn't followed the steps from
forum.appian.com/.../kb-1027.html
to refresh the group membership.

Probably looks like a problem with the Process/Process model security. The error also looks strange:
The user ’You must be a system administrator in order to execute this node’ does not have sufficient privileges to perform the requested action.
Can you provide a screenshot of this box ?

Actually i'm trying to make a test. i need to download a document from appian and save to a share. In the printscreen you can see the entire test. I want to mention that i'm using the Administrator account when i created the test and when i run the test.

I agree. The problem is with the Assignment tab. You seem to have an invalid value in the "Assign to the following:" field.

@marius Sometime when we are uploading document, the folder we selected to upload. If that folder security is not set to person who is uploading, can cause this message..

I checked the Assignment tab, everything is ok there. I checked also the security of the document folder, also ok. I'm thinking that maybe there is a problem with the plugin.
I managed to copy the document to a share with a SFTP node, but directly using this plugin is still not working...
