Hi,

Is it possible to edit the email body or subject of automated emails when a task is assigned for a particular group? I want to add the group name in the subject/body to whom a particular task is assigned to.

This is not possible. You can disable the automated emails using the Alert Utilities plug-in and use the Send Email node to send your own custom email.

The only thing you can do is to change the "Task Display Name" from the general Tab of the user input task including this condition =if(pv!groupName="group A","Task Name 1","Task Name 2") doing so the automatic email will contain a different body depending on the fact that the task will be assigned to group A or group B
