Hi !
We use Appian 7.0.
We have this issue :
2016-04-14 11:48:12,591 [http-10.220.154.123-9480-4] ERROR com.appiancorp.util.BundleUtils - Cannot retrieve the value for key "address.vdp.displayName" from the bundle.

We tried to add a custom from address to the Send Email smart service following this : forum.appian.com/.../Configuring_Custom_Email_Senders.html

We added our XML email-address-config-custom and our two properties files (see attachments) but it seems not work (see Capture.JPG).
Did someone face this issue before ?

I found the solution !
I put the XMF file in apps/jboss/data/appdata/appian/runtime_ear/suite.ear/web.war/WEB-INF/conf/process and the properties files in apps/jboss/data/appdata/appian/runtime_ear/suite.ear/resources/text/jsp/WEB-INF/conf/process ! What is changing it's the /runtime_ear/ instead of /ear/
