We have been through the models in question and cant see any issues over any mappings or images, struggling to find where this error originates. We are using 6.6.1 by the way.

1. If you open the model and click "Save and publish", does it let you publish? no validation errors?
2. It could be a missing constant from a dropdown in a Form. If you login to the server itself and navigate to <APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\models search for a folder named after his model's UUID: 0002d6f6-bb2d-8000-faa5-2d00002d0000, find the latest published version and download the XML (e.g 35.0.xml), open it with a text editor and see what fields have the ###EXPR0, those would be your candidates.
