We have a requirement from the users which they wish they can edit the task email notification frequency. It seems "Creating Notification Rules" from the alert settings could fit their requirement. But the problem is, they will need to access to PORTAL page to do the config but not in tempo.
Is there any chance that the "Creating Notification Rules" will be migrate to TEMPO page as well, so the users can have a standardized user experience when navigating through Appian?

You could expose that as an action that uses the the "Alert Utilities" plugin

Hi Edurado, try to use the plugin but found out, it does not support the timing and frequency settings of the alert. Is there any other options for this config?

That's correct. It was only meant to enable and disable to keep the logic simple. You could consider creating your own version that expands the functionality but in general the most common use cases are enabling or disabling. For more personalized settings it would make sense to still use the legacy interface or create a more complex smart service.
