Hi I have created a rule expression to upload documents, and then the documents are available to download for further steps in the Business Process. It has come to my notice that certain users can download the documents and certain users cannot download it, for the users who cannot download it get an error message stating the site/server is down. Has anyone experienced the same?

Could you provide a screenshot of the error message?

Also if you could check the application server logs, the "Caused by" parameter in it so that the issue can be debugged and the root cause can be identified accordingly.

Can you check the security of the folder you are storing the documents. That could be one if the reason. Also can you try to download the doc from designer mode to confirm if the document is available.

@saileshd Hi, I would suggest to attaching/inspecting the logs if possible as that might give leads quickly as compared to guess work.

Provide the application server logs for the related issue that should help in debugging the issue.
