Hi,
Basically we have our process model integrated with mail box, whenever any mail comes in it makes into Appian by creating a process.
There is an issue where email comes into the mailbox and gets read but fail to creates process in Appian. which is causing a serious impact to our customers.
This issue is being reported post 7.11 upgrade.
Please help me with this.

I believe this is already being handled in a support case. If not, please go ahead and open a case.

Hi Eliot, Yes, it was handled by a support case but still not resolved.
Thought in the forum we could get some other reason for this issue.

We have already explained the reason for what you're seeing, as well as the solution. We have a great community here on Forum and you are, of course, more than welcome to reach out to other practitioners for ideas; however, I would encourage you to review the case and implement the solution provided.

@Eliot - I agree solution was provided but it happens 1 in hundred mails gets lost. That's why. Not sure why this behavior. Just wanted to know the reason for this and to take precautions that it will never happen again.
