Does anyone know if ImportApplication(Automated Import Script - Appian 7.4+) still supported in 16.1? thanks!
We are migrating from 7.6 to 16.1 and notice there are some issues by using this tool, the error I got is:
inspectApplicationTask:

Try using the Deployment Automation Manager instead:

We use Rundeck as internal tool for Appian Deployment and Rundeck is fully integrated with import application scripts for old version, the effort to switch to new Deployment Automation Manager will be a little high, that's why I want to know if it is for sure incompatible and not fixable.
Thanks,

You should be aware that this is a relatively old shared component, and it is expected that as the product changes over time, updates will be required to component. If you wish to keep using this tool, feel free to enhance it to meet your requirements.

Tom, thanks for the help, we spent some time playing with the new Deployment Automation Manager, and it seems not difficult to integrate with and we will go with the new tool.

Yes, please use the Deployment Manager. A new release was pushed a few days ago and it is compatible with 7.11, 16.1 and 16.2 (even though it does not say it yet on the record - update to come)
