Hi, I am using Appian 16.1. I got the same error when I was running the above cleanup scripts. I can successfully deleted the kdbs. I have already checked the appian-home.properties and confirmed the Appian Home directory is correct. However, I cannot find any services folder Appian Home. Please advise.
